“I have just finished the phase 1 postnatal classes today. I feel my fitness level since starting has really improved + it was a great way of easing myself back into exercising post baby. Gemma is a great instructor + kept me motivated throughout. She is also a great help when your baby won’t cooperate + just wants held the whole time! I would really recommend the class + looking forward to phase 2”

“This is my first proper exercise class in about 4 years (pre-babies) + it’s felt so good to get back to something which feels like ‘mine’. I really look forward to being able to dedicate a chunk of time each week to doing something for me. Plus the face the babies interact during class too means it counts for socialisation. Gemma is a great instructor + takes the time to make sure us mums are getting the time during class to focus on ourselves. Some might think she’s just looking for an excuse for baby cuddles..”

“I worked with Gemma as a PT + in group classes just after I had my second baby + she was amazing helping me get back to fitness without rushing me but still encouraged me to work hard for my ability. She is so knowledgeable + friendly but also knows how to push you for a great workout. Highly recommend”

“I started Gemma’s classes after looking for a postpartum fitness class in the area. I have had two babies in less than three years, and have been having physiotherapy for the seperation in my stomach muscles following the pressure of pregnancy. From just doing three weeks of Gemmas classes, my physiotherapist said that she can see a significant change in my stomach muscles and my core is obviously stronger, and recommended that I continue with the classes as they are clearly benefiting me. The classes are so great - challenging but have mums in mind. Bringing my children to the classes is a true benefit and she incorporates the babies into workouts, and my toddler is welcome to come along too. It’s so lovely to meet other mums in the area and workout alongside new friends. I’m so glad I found these classes, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get back into shape after having a baby!”
