Meet Gemma
Hi, I’m Gemma. I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer based in Forfar, Angus, Scotland. I have two children, as a family we lived and worked in Dubai before relocating back to Scotland in December 2020.
Before having children I always loved and enjoyed fitness, but falling pregnant with my son I was scared, I didn’t know what I should or shouldn't be doing and all of the advice was confusing. As a result I moved away from fitness, suffered lower back pain, swelling and gained 4 stone in weight.
After some time I lost the weight but when falling pregnant with my daughter three years later I decided to do things differently.
I hired a personal trainer, worked out twice per week and stayed as active as possible. It was training with her that inspired me to qualify as a personal trainer, specialising in pre and postnatal fitness. I’m passionate about giving ladies the confidence to exercise during pregnancy and the correct advice on where to start post birth.
Group classes run in locations across Angus and personal training mostly from my own home gym with top of the line equipment.
